Substance use disorders and opioid-related addiction, overdose, and fatalities are a public health concern in Fulton County.
As a resident in Fulton County, your thoughts regarding substance use disorders are very important. We invite you, a valued member of this community, to participate in this community-based survey.
All your responses will be kept confidential. Your answers will help us to better understand the impact of this crisis and the best approaches to reducing its detrimental effects in our community of Fulton County.
The survey will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. Completing the survey provides an option to be entered in a drawing for one of ten $100 Giant gift cards.

Operation Save A Life
If you are concerned that a loved one is at risk for overdosing on prescription pain medication, heroin or other opiods this training is for you. Training Participants will learn:
How to recognize, respond to and prevent an opioid overdose
How to administer Intra-Nasal Naloxone (Narcan) to reverse an overdose
